Author Biography

Tadao Ando is one of the world's foremost contemporary architects. He has received numerous awards, including The Pritzker Architecture Prize and the Gold Medal of the American Institute of Architects.

Matthew Ross Hunter is a freelance translator in San Francisco and holds a B.A. and M.A. in Japanese language and translation.
