If you really want to push yourself to the next level then Jim's book helps you do just that. The text book is 600 pages including a detailed index. Jim does not assume you are going to read the text book from beginning to end like a novel, so you can start anywhere. Great book, well written and easy to understand. I was really impressed by the textbook and I can't recommend it enough.
