Author Biography

Radhi Devlukia-Shetty earned her Ayurvedic Health Counselor One degree at the California College of Ayurveda. A nutritionist and always-learning home cook, she is regularly featured in Goop, Bon Appetit, and Vogue. She has developed recipes for restaurants across the United States and United Kingdom inspired by the Indian food she grew up with as well as dishes she loves now and has discovered through her travels. Raised in England, Radhi lives in Los Angeles with her husband Jay.
