Author Biography

Jack S. Damico is Professor and Chair of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA. He is co-editor of the Journal of Interactional Research in Communication Disorders

Nicole Müller is Professor of Speech and Hearing Sciences at University College Cork, Ireland. She is the founder and editor of the Journal of Multilingual Communication Disorders and is a co-editor of Clinical Linguistics and Phonetics. 

Martin J. Ball is Emeritus Professor of Linguistics at Bangor University, Wales. He is co-editor Clinical Linguistics and Phonetics and has authored and edited more than 25 books, including Clinical Sociolinguistics
